Butterfly Dreams
Words and pictures don't do this piece justice! Approx. 362 hours of work in this medium sized gourd vessel with lid. Five Tx. Native Butterflies are depicted in beadwork with a sodalite cabochon gemstone at top of the lid. Beadwork is done using 13/0 and 14/0 Czech seed beads. Inside is completed with wood putty to seal threads, then a light wood stain is applied to seal and give a soft warm finish.

Butterfly Dance
Number 1 in the "Pow Wow Series" this gourd depicts the Shawl Dance. The Shawl Dancer is done in pyrography, and acrylic paint. On the reverse the butterfly features a large
denim lapis cabochon, beadwork done in 13/0 cut Czech seed beads and braided copper wire. The rim of this gourd is finished with hand braided copper wire. Inside finished with matching blue acrylic paint.

The name says it all! Flowers dine using 13/0 and 14/0 cut Czech seed beads surround this small gourd bowl both inside and out. Braided bucksin rim with light wood stain finish inside and out. Approx. 92 hours of work.

Hummingbird
Small-medium sized gourd vessel features a hummingbird feeding amongst flowers. All beaded using 13/0 and 14/0 cut Czech seed beads, the hummingbird has a porcupine quill for beak. Braided buckskin rim with wood stain finish
inside and out. Approx. 125 hours of work.

Whimsy
Small lidded gourd vessel features Unakite gemstone cabochons in the center of each circle. A different symbol is done in pyrography around the cabochon, then beadwork is done to complete the circle designs. The lid has a large Unakite donut gemstone with braintan buckskin fringe. Inside is finished with acrylic paint. Approx. 97 hours of work.

Small gourd perfect for small valuables such as jewelry, coins, etc. Dyed orange with stains, this small gourd has a beaded rim using 13/0 cut Czech seed beads. The inside is finished with an orange glaze.

Calling the Buffalo Nice large gourd features 2 sets of eaded feathers on each side using Czech 13/0 cut seed beads and Porcupine Quillworked 'quills' of the feathers. Beaded Medicine Wheel with pyroengraved artwork, colored pens and acrylic paint. Rin is done in hand braided bran tan leather set with brass nails. Inside is painted red.
